Your body has been telling your story all along. Every part of you, heart, mind and body, has something to say. I'd love to help you listen.
I'm Dr Bethany Stroyde, a Clinical Psychologist and therapeutic yoga teacher with around 15 years' experience in both the NHS and private practice. My work is integrative and body-centred, combining IFS (Internal Family Systems), EMDR, somatic and integrative processing (SIP), somatosymbolic processing (SSP), compassion-focused therapy (CFT), applied polyvagal theory (nervous system science), and therapeutic yoga.
Many of the people I work with have already tried talking therapy. They understand their patterns, sometimes in great detail, yet something still feels stuck or untouched. That's often where the body comes in, and where I find the deeper work begins.
I support adults with anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, low mood, persistent pain and fatigue, relationship/attachment difficulties and life transitions. I also work with anyone feeling stuck, or living smaller than they'd like to.
Sessions are paced and tailored towards your needs. We begin by building safety and steadiness, then make room for change at a deeper level, and over time reconnect with what brings you joy, meaning and freedom. Whether you're looking for a few focused sessions or a longer, deeper exploration, this is a space for your healing, growth and self-discovery.
I see clients online across the UK, and in person near Milton Keynes and Northampton (Swanbourne and Castlethorpe).
