I specialize in providing integrative therapy for seniors, women, and young girls navigating chronic stress and illness, self-esteem issues, anxiety, grief/loss, trauma, and nervous system dysregulation. I also work with those struggling to break free from harmful patterns, such as self-harm, toxic relationship dynamics, eating disorders, and body image issues. I am especially passionate about supporting clients who feel disconnected from their bodies and have not found relief through traditional talk therapy.

I integrate my training in Somatic Trauma Therapy, Dance/Movement Therapy, EMDR, Yoga, and Reiki in my work as a counselor to provide a gentle, therapeutic space where you can slow down, tune into your body, and find peace. This integrative approach supports your natural ability to release, regulate, and restore overall balance.

Drawing from my own experience navigating chronic pain/stress, I look at the root cause of symptoms and treat the entire system. In sessions with me, you will experience mind/body healing in real time through practices such as mindfulness, gentle movement, breath-work, and somatic release techniques.
