Many of us learn to move through the world by adapting: keeping the peace, caring for others, pushing through difficult feelings, or becoming who we think we’re supposed to be. These ways of coping often make sense, but they can also leave us questioning our own inner knowing or living a life that no longer feels like our own.
I offer a warm, compassionate space where you don’t have to tidy up your experience or have the right words for it. I’m interested in the whole of who you are, including the parts that feel messy, painful, contradictory, or difficult to face. I’m particularly drawn to working with people navigating anxiety, religious trauma, significant life transitions, and those exploring sexuality and identity.
My approach is relational, embodied, and trauma-informed. I draw from IFS, AEDP, attachment-based, and somatic approaches, and I believe meaningful therapy asks us to go beyond simply understanding ourselves intellectually. It can mean staying with the difficult places, listening to what our emotions and bodies have to tell us, and reconnecting with parts of ourselves we may have learned to leave behind.
My hope is that you feel deeply met as you find your way toward greater authenticity, connection, freedom, and trust in your own inner knowing.
