About Me
About This Work
If you are looking for a grounded space to slow down, orient, and reconnect with yourself and your lived reality, you are in the right place.
Most people arrive here because something in their life no longer feels aligned or manageable. They may feel anxious, overstimulated, disconnected, or unsure how to make sense of what they’re experiencing.
I work with people navigating anxiety, stress, nervous system dysregulation, addiction and recovery themes, attachment and relationship patterns, depersonalization or derealization, existential or spiritual questioning, loss of meaning, self-worth challenges, and major life transitions. Many clients are thoughtful and self-aware, yet still feel disconnected from their bodies, their sense of purpose, or their ability to stay regulated when life becomes overwhelming.
Sessions are present, relational, and guided by what is most alive for you—whether it’s something immediate or a longer-standing pattern. We explore through reflective dialogue, emotional processing, and embodied awareness, supporting nervous system regulation as we track meaning, patterns, and direction. Somatic practices and vagus nerve toning may be introduced when helpful, along with simple tools to support integration between sessions.
Over time, people often experience subtle but meaningful shifts: greater embodiment, steadier regulation, reduced reactivity, and a clearer sense of self. Life begins to feel more navigable and coherent, with an increased capacity to respond rather than react. If you are seeking a grounded, alive, and sustainable way of relating to yourself and your reality, this work may be a good fit.
I also offer optional sound-based and energy-based recordings to support grounding, nervous system settling, and integration between sessions.
My Background
I hold a PhD in Jungian Psychology and am trained in somatic and polyvagal-informed approaches, sound healing, and energy-based practices. I have experience offering one-on-one support and facilitating groups in addiction recovery and clinical-adjacent treatment settings. I bring psychological depth, embodiment, intuition, and a grounded presence to this work.
