Deborah Lynerd(She/Her/Hers)

With over 20 years of experience working with adolescents and their families, Deborah was a middle school and high school teacher and administrator before she became a licensed counselor. As an integrative therapist, she approaches each client with a blend of compassionate curiosity and clinical knowledge that supports and challenges their own growth and flourishing. Her modalities include Somatic Parts Work, Internal Family Systems, and Compassionate Curiosity.

Deborah works with both couples and individuals, including adolescents, and is currently accepting clients at two locations in Lexington, Kentucky: Evergreen Counseling & Coaching and Compass Christian Counseling.

Deborah holds an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health from the University of Kentucky, as well as three levels of certification from the Embody Lab in Somatic Parts Work. As someone who loves to learn, she is currently in the mist of completing additional course work in somatic therapy.
