Hi and welcome!

My name is Mika, I’m 40 years old, an NYU grad, intuitive, neural retraining expert, Reiki practitioner, master level Psych-K facilitator, and certified via The Embody Lab in integrative somatic trauma therapy and applied polyvagal theory in therapeutic yoga for trauma levels 1, 2, & 3.

My focus is on healing and rewriting the subconscious programs that dictate our health, relationships, and lives. I use trauma processing/release, nervous system re-building, neuroplasticity, energy healing, and subconscious belief changes with the goal of facilitating change as quickly and deeply as possible. I’ve been helping people for over 10 years to heal chronic illnesses such as MCS, CFS, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Lyme, etc., as well as attachment systems.
