As we work together, we focus on setting intentions that get to the heart of what you are wanting for yourself, then uncovering the obstacles in the way from making that happen. From there, we connect to your inner self-agency or the ability you have to make choices and move toward what works for you. We celebrate your wins, create space to honor your emotions, and acknowledge your incredible resilience.
