Astrid Heyerdahl(she/her)

Astrid is dedicated to fostering lasting and meaningful change for individuals, families and organizations while promoting a more vibrant and inclusive social-political ecosystem for all. Astrid has extensive professional and personal experience in the visual and performing arts as a dance teacher, performer, and Museum Executive Director for many years. She has an Honours BA in Visual Arts, a Masters of Art History, and a Masters of Education specializing in Museum pedagogy. Astrid has completed the Embody Lab Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy certification, and is currently undertaking a Health, Life, and Executive Coach training to become an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation.
