My passion is working with adults open for support in transforming outdated defenses and untying knots of resistance.

I blend my experience and knowledge to support others in finding more choices and freedom in life. I draw from grounded trauma theory, movement, spiritual journey, contemplation, and action to provide lasting changes in one's life. As a trained somatic practitioner, I provide safe and confidential space.

I am pleased to support individuals by guiding them inwards to find their authentic expression in life that is not dictated by past limitations. By applying the Core Energetics theory of movement, self-expression, and tracking patterns, we process suppressed feelings, tension, and inner resistances, creating more space and freedom.
