Michelle Doublet, founder and owner of Thriving Light Wellness, is a Somatic Integrative and Transpersonal-Oriented Practitioner devoted to healing at the intersection of mind, body, and spirit. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (NY & MA), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional II (CCTP-II), Certified Somatic Parts Work and Trauma Resolution Energy Therapy (TRET) Practitioner, Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT), Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), and a Somatic Embodiment Coach.
Michelle blends clinical depth with holistic wisdom through psychotherapy, energy psychology, yoga philosophy, and somatic embodiment to support deep, cellular healing. Her work bridges evidence-based trauma modalities with intuitive, heart-centered practices, empowering clients to reconnect with the healer within.
Michelle offers both clinical and non-clinical services. Her clinical services falls under Thriving Light Psychotherapy LCSW and her non-clinical offerings fall under SomaSoul Embodiment, a healing space for coaching, retreats, and group experiences rooted in somatic and energetic integration. Within this work, she developed The Sacred Path™, her signature framework that gently guides individuals in unraveling, remembering who they are beneath the layers of survival, reclaiming their innate wisdom, personal power, and clarity-reconnecting to their embodied truth.
Whether in individual sessions or group
spaces, Michelle supports nervous system restoration, emotional and energetic
alignment, and the return to intuitive, embodied living. She believes in a
holistic, whole-person approach and helps clients shift from fear and
fragmentation into clarity, empowerment, and soulful alignment.
Michelle holds a Bachelor’s in Social
Work (BSW) with a minor in Psychology from Molloy University and a Master’s in
Clinical Social Work (MSW) from New York University with a concentration in
trauma. Her clinical specialties include anxiety, depression, OCD, grief/loss,
PTSD, and complex trauma. She is passionate about helping others find meaning,
connection, and peace—even within chaos.
