Complex trauma changes us in fundamental ways, and your support needs to come from capable hands. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the past, distressed by memories, or just feel something is wrong and are struggling to find stability, or navigating dissociation and plurality, you don’t have to face it alone. Together, we will help you develop ways to live alongside your trauma. Working at your pace, and never asking you to relive your trauma, we will find practical, gentle solutions to bring you greater peace and function. If you experience dissociative identity/multiplicity, our focus will always be cooperation rather than integration. Neurodivergence and queerness are celebrated in this space.
I am here to support you with trauma, dissociation, DID/OSDD/Plurality. I welcome everyone and celebrate all gender identity, sexuality, ethnicity, and neurodivergence and offer an experienced, safe and warm virtual space for you to talk, be heard, learn, and make sense of your life and relationships, inside and out. I am a member of the LGBTQIA+ community.
