Danielle Young is a Pattern Breaking Specialist, bestselling author, and international speaker who helps women understand and change the patterns that keep showing up in their relationships and lives.
Her work is especially suited for women who are already self-aware and may understand why they do what they do, but still find themselves repeating the same patterns. Rather than focusing only on thoughts or behaviors, Danielle helps clients explore what’s happening underneath, including emotional responses, nervous system patterns, and how they may have learned to disconnect from their own needs, boundaries, or sense of self.
Danielle holds a BS in Psychology and Biology and is a Master Certified Life Coach from an accredited ICF program, a Certified Self-Inquiry Coach, a Certified Nervous System Trainer, and a trauma-informed RYT-200 yoga teacher, with additional certifications in Yin Yoga and Advanced Yoga Nidra. She is also trained and certified in Somatic EMDR and Mind-Body Coaching.
Danielle brings curiosity, compassion, and a genuine interest in what lies beneath the patterns we repeat. She helps women uncover what’s driving their responses, notice what happens internally when they’re triggered, and begin responding in ways that feel more grounded, intentional, and true to themselves.
Danielle’s work is also informed by her own lived experience as a survivor of domestic violence, which led to a deeper interest in how patterns develop and why insight alone doesn’t always change them.
She is the founder of Inspired Action Wellness, author of the Amazon #1 bestselling book From Surviving to Thriving: A Journey Beyond Trauma, a partner with the Arizona Coalition to End Sexual & Domestic Violence, and a board member of Nova Sorella.
