If you grew up in an environment where safety was inconsistent or conditional, your nervous system learned to adapt—often through over functioning, people-pleasing, or shutting down. You might feel disconnected from your body and stuck in survival mode, overwhelmed by anxiety, sadness, or self-doubt. Maybe becoming a parent—or trying to—has brought up more than you expected. You've lost touch with the things that made you "you". Your mind races with "what-ifs", questioning your instincts. You feel pressure to do it all perfectly, but feel exhausted and empty inside. You long for steadiness, self-trust, and a deeper sense grounding.
Hi, I'm Lindsey, a trauma-sensitive, somatic-IFS-informed psychotherapist and yoga therapist offering individual and group therapy for people healing from complex trauma or navigating the emotional terrain of fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum. Together, we will untangle protective patterns, reprocess emotional wounds, and reconnect with your innate wisdom. As you reconnect with your body and build compassionate relationships with your inner parts, you’ll start to feel more grounded, present, and whole.
