I hold an MA in Counseling, and have over 25 years of experience in the field. My perspective is psychospiritual, and I am trained in trauma healing and repair, Integrative Somatic Parts Work (IFS), Reiki, HeartMath, spiritual divination, and intuitive reading. I draw on a lifetime of my own trauma healing and personal inner work, and fuse spirituality, quantum physics, trauma healing/repair, heart coherence work, and shadow/parts integration into my approach. I’m committed to being a powerful avenue to helping others heal, guiding them on a unique journey back to their hearts. I believe in the power of the heart, a connected open heart. Our collective stories connect us through the heart, and I believe the heart is our next frontier for evolution in consciousness.
