Boniele Parr(She/Her/Hers)

Boniele Parr was born and raised in Boston, MA! She is a Psychotherapist with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University. At Lesley she studied under the holistic specialization and considers herself to be a Holistic Mental Health Counselor; treating the whole person which includes the mind, body and spirit. 

She comes with the following experience: youth work, career counseling, facilitating psychotherapy groups, community based counseling, crisis counseling, dual diagnosis (substance use/mental health) and severe chronic mental illness. She uses modalities from CBT, DBT and Solutions Focused Therapy with a person centered approach! She has worked with people who battle symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder I and II, Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorder (Bipolar Type), Psychosis and PTSD. 

Boni's style is authentic and she meets her clients where they are currently! The goal is for her to create a safe space for her clients to feel seen, heard and understood as they work towards healing and alignment. She is empathetic, compassionate and keeps it real!
