I support adults living with trauma, CPTSD, sexual trauma, identity wounds, anxiety, shutdown, dissociation, or long-standing patterns of disconnection in their bodies and relationships. My work is somatic, relational, and trauma-informed; grounded in breath, sensation, emotion, boundaries, impulse, expression, and the patterns your body learned to hold.
Together, we follow what arises in the moment and explore how protective patterns, cultural conditioning, and lived experience shape how you relate, express, protect, and connect. I bring a warm, attuned, steady presence that honours your pace while gently expanding your capacity for connection, clarity, emotional range, and nervous system resilience.
Over time, clients often experience more groundedness, fuller expression, clearer boundaries, deeper self-trust, and a renewed sense of belonging to themselves and others. This work invites a return to presence, truth, and the possibility of inhabiting your life in a more connected, embodied way.
I also facilitate a weekly somatic process group for those ready to explore relational patterns, expression, and the transformative power of being witnessed within a supportive collective field.
