Often we must tend and befriend the things that block us from realizing the possibilities and magnificence of our own radiance. For some this may be past body patterns, traumas, limiting beliefs or challenges that feel incomplete. But we are not the worst things that have happened to us, nor are we stuck with negative beliefs. We are so much more.

As an integrative mind-body-spirit & psychedelic coach I draw from 45 years of offering growth work as an integrative, somatic, psycho-spiritual therapist. With coaching and teaching we get curious and collaborate together to identify and shift unhelpful perspectives, specifically define intentions and in concrete steps, weave and step into the dreams you want to live. My focus is always on embodied change, not simply intellectual understanding. This life is a journey, meant to be felt and savored. It is filled with hills and valleys. The path to embracing and enjoying it is so much easier when accompanied by a guide who can help unpack the learnings from our missteps (we all have them), and celebrate the many triumphs.
