Warm, down to earth, and curious are some words people have used to describe me. Collaborative and person centered therapy is at the heart of my practice. While using ecotherapy, narrative, experiential, and somatic therapy models we will explore your life's story in the context of empathy and wisdom. As a relational therapist, I believe that you are the expert, author, and healer of your own life. Through empathy and attunement, I will collaborate with you to explore your world with curiosity and to co-create a path forward that resonates with you.

People ages 7 through elderhood from all backgrounds are welcome to this space. If you are neurodivergent, have experienced religious trauma, or dysfunctional family dynamics I am here for you and share these lived experiences. I work from a de-centered, culturally aware and culture humility framework that is decolonized.

I have over twenty years of experience as a QMHA working with houseless communities, as well as youth and families through advocacy and a trauma informed approach. I was trained in trauma informed care, Motivational Interviewing, and DBT in 2003-2005. I am also an herbalist and body energy worker bringing a holistic view to my practice. I am currently under supervision as a registered associate #R9262 in Oregon. I hold three Ecotherapy Certificates from The Earthbody Institute, Grow with Nature, and Pacifica Graduate Institute. I also hold a Narrative Psychology Certificate; Finding Ourselves in Fairy Tales with Sharon Blackie through Pacifica Graduate Institute. I participate in The Embody Lab master classes and plan on taking somatic certificates soon!
