My journey began over 20 years ago in Palo Alto, California — and from that starting point, I’ve arrived at where I am today: fully present, integrating everything I’ve lived, studied, and embodied along the way. I am from Argentina but lived there until my 26 years old, after that I moved around the world.
I’m certified by Yoga Alliance (E-RYT® 500, RYT® 200, RPYT, YACEP) and by Yoga Alliance Professionals as a Senior Yoga Teacher E-YAP, with over 7,800 hours of teaching and more than 3,900 hours of study. As a Somatic Trauma Therapist, I support others in reintegrating the parts of themselves that became fragmented when a traumatic event left its imprint.
Through my training as a Trauma-Informed Transpersonal Therapist, I weave together the wisdom of yoga and somatic therapy to create sessions that are deeply present, attuned, and intentionally held.
Each meeting is an invitation to rediscover one’s unique path to emotional self-regulation through the body. Over the years, I’ve specialized in mental health through yoga and in therapeutic yoga for post-traumatic stress.
I complet my training as a Yoga Therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT), which has offered me an even more integrated, multidimensional and evidence-based view of the human experience.
I also work with NGOs and vulnerable communities, providing trauma-informed mental health support through somatic therapy, transpersonal tools and yoga, in relation to stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, insomnia, dementia, and more.
Currently based in London, I work interdisciplinarily with doctors and psychologists, approaching each case holistically—through the body, the mind and the emotional field.
