About Me
About Me
I am a certified clinical and integrative somatic trauma therapy practitioner, litigation discovery consultant, and coach specializing in complex trauma and coercive control recovery.
My work supports you in healing trauma at its root—not just through insight, but through nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and embodied integration—so that real and lasting change becomes possible.
Together, we gently uncover the layers of survival patterns and protective responses that may be keeping you stuck, disconnected, or unsure of yourself. From there, we work toward clarity, self-trust, and the ability to live in alignment with your authentic truth.
Healing is not linear, and it is not a lifelong sentence. With the right support, it becomes a process of returning to yourself.
My Approach
My work is an integrative blend of somatic trauma therapy and coaching that supports both the body and mind.
This means we work from the bottom up (nervous system and body-based regulation) and top down (thoughts, beliefs, and behavioral patterns), so that healing is supported at every level.
Sessions may include:
- somatic and neuroscience-informed techniques
- trauma-aware coaching and reflective inquiry
- nervous system regulation and stabilization practices
- coercive control awareness and recovery support
- mindfulness, breathwork, EFT, and experiential tools
- inner child and parts work
- intuitive and holistic approaches where appropriate
This integrative process allows us to move beyond surface-level coping strategies and address the deeper patterns that shape your lived experience.
My Philosophy
True healing is not about “fixing” who you are.
It is about restoring connection to yourself—your body, your emotions, your intuition, and your sense of truth.
When the nervous system becomes more regulated and safe, clarity, choice, and self-trust naturally begin to return.
My Background
My work is informed by extensive experience in both mental health and legal systems.
I have worked as a social worker, behavior specialist, crisis intervention specialist, and director of independent living respite services. I also spent over 20 years in the legal field as a senior litigation paralegal and as a legal and financial operations, compliance, and risk analyst and investigator.
Sublime Life integrates these two professional worlds, alongside advanced training in complex trauma, coercive control recovery, somatic modalities, and coaching certifications through The Life Purpose Institute and The Adult Chair® model.
My Focus
As a survivor, protective parent, and advocate, my deepest commitment is to supporting women in understanding and healing the impact of coercive control and complex trauma.
This work is about restoring truth, rebuilding self-trust, and helping you reconnect with your identity and voice—especially if you have felt unseen, unheard, or disconnected from yourself.
If you are ready to begin understanding yourself more deeply and move toward a life that feels grounded, clear, and authentic, I am here to support you in that process.
