Hi I'm Sophie! I am a Certified Trauma Recovery & Clinical EFT Coach, passionate about supporting survivors as they recover from overwhelm or trauma. I’d like to offer you a safe space to gather your strength as you heal. As a childhood & sexual trauma survivor myself, I’ve been through it too. you may be wondering why you are still cycling through the same trauma responses when triggered, and why you can’t feel more “normal,” “connected,” or “alive” inside. Why can’t we reason our way out of anxiety or overwhelm? Is it possible to get “unstuck” after decades?

Just talking through trauma isn't enough because root causes and limiting beliefs aren't all stored in our conscious brain, so we can’t sustainably reason our way out of automatic responses and patterns. But there is a gentler, more effective way to recover: Holistic (body-mind-heart) & Somatic (body-centric) Trauma Recovery Coaching isn’t like traditional talk therapy. Its evidence-based tools walk you the rest of the way, from surviving to thriving, into the next chapter of your life.
