Grace found integrative breathwork in 2014, which radically opened her expressions and healed deep childhood traumas. This powerful tool not only restored her voice but also ignited her passion for facilitating retreats and group sessions, supporting others to find their strength and voice just as she did. She and her husband Stephen specialize in integrative breathwork with a somatic approach along with sound healing. Grace is a certified trauma informed Somatic Coach with certification in Somatic EMDR. She uses many tools such as EFT, parts work, and guided meditation, to name a few, which were all a part of her own healing process.
