Welcome!
I am a Gestalt psychotherapist in training, a certified Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP), an Emotion Aid® Facilitator and Stephen Porges- Safe and Sound Protocol Provider (SSP) .
I am passionate about supporting people on their journey towards greater self-awareness, healing, and personal growth.
My professional background includes many years of experience in a highly demanding, high-responsibility work environment. This has given me a personal understanding of chronic stress, burnout, emotional exhaustion, and the challenges of balancing professional responsibilities with personal and family life.
For many years, I have also supported individuals through coaching and mentoring, helping them navigate change, discover their strengths, and grow both personally and professionally. Curiosity about people, their experiences, and their potential for growth has always been an important part of my own journey.
Gestalt and Somatic Experiencing® are not only approaches that inform my therapeutic work, but also an integral part of my personal development and the way I understand human experience. I find these two approaches deeply complementary. I see the mind, body, and emotions as interconnected parts of a whole, and I believe that meaningful change involves listening to and understanding all of them.
Bringing together relational awareness, emotional exploration, and body-based work allows me to support a deeper connection with ourselves, our needs, and our experiences.
Attentive listening, sensitivity to individual needs, and respect for each person’s unique pace are at the heart of my approach. I believe in creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where there is no pressure to change faster than feels right. Each person’s journey is different, and I value following their needs, resources, and readiness.
My main areas of therapeutic interest include complex and single-event trauma, relationships, chronic stress, burnout, emotional regulation, and the challenges of parenthood. I work with adults and adolescents aged 16 and above.
On a personal note, I am a mother of three neurodivergent children. My own parenting journey, together with extensive learning and training in this area, has deepened my understanding of neurodiversity and the emotional complexities of family life. I particularly value supporting parents who may feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or uncertain, as well as those navigating the unique challenges of raising neurodivergent children.
Above all, I believe in meeting people where they are — with curiosity, compassion, attentive presence, and respect for their individual journey.
