I am a bi-lingual, licensed social worker (LMSW) and trained professional astrologer, who is deeply committed to guiding individuals to greater personal alignment and meaningful growth. I apply an integrative and spiritual approach to counseling, prioritizing the mind-body-soul connection through nervous system regulation and somatic exploration. Working collaboratively with my clients, I apply a holistic psycho-spiritual perspective which combines mindfulness, somatic healing techniques, and EMDR, alongside positive psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and the internal family systems model (IFS) to help clients process and release stuck emotional and behavioral patterns.
