Hi, I’m Dawn M. Geoppinger (she/her), founder of The Embodied Grief Journey. I support people navigating grief, trauma, and life transitions through a body-centered, compassionate approach rooted in nervous system healing, positive psychology, and post-traumatic growth.
I offer one-on-one Trauma-Informed Grief & Embodiment Coaching, group sessions, and immersive experiences that help people reconnect with their bodies, stories, and sense of safety while uncovering resilience and growth even in the midst of loss. My approach integrates structure and softness, science and soul, guiding people through a process that fosters deep reflection, embodied insight, and transformative change.
I believe grief is not something we “get over”—it’s something we tend to, grow around, and befriend in our own time.
When I’m not holding space for others, you’ll find me walking my dog, traveling, gardening, reading, or exploring a new hobby.
Check out my program listings to learn more about how we can walk through grief and grow together. You'll find a link to my offerings here.
