Samantha Loeffler(She/Her/Hers)

I'm Sammi Loeffler, LCSW and ERYT-500 yoga teacher, and the two inform each other in how I work. My approach blends evidence-based therapy with somatic, nervous-system-centered care, offered through virtual sessions to adults across Colorado, plus non-clinical coaching and embodiment work for clients outside the state.

My work is grounded in nervous system and somatic awareness as the foundation, with EMDR and IFS-informed parts work layered in as complements, not standalone techniques. I hold a simple belief: nothing about you needs fixing here, rather a returning to yourself, guided by curiosity rather than certainty.

I work well with people who hold real self-awareness and are ready to close the gap between knowing and living, ready to move insight into real, sustainable change.
