About Me

I view therapy as a holistic process that must be rooted in strengths-based approaches while also accessing our pain and shadows through a lens of compassion that recognizes our bodies must be part of this work., I draw from a range of therapeutic frameworks to collaborate with clients in ways that are flexible, attuned, and personalized. My goal is to help each person explore their experiences with compassion and curiosity—working together toward growth, healing, and meaningful change.

My clinical experience includes working with young adults navigating challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I also have experience working with queer youth and as a queer woman I’m very passionate about guiding people in exploring their identity and how to resist oppressive systems through finding joy and community. I am a firm believer in systems-focused work and de-colonizing therapy in a society that often will pathologize justified feelings towards cruel systems.

In my therapeutic work, I integrate a variety of modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), narrative therapy, Internal Family Systems-informed parts work, as well as creative and body-based methods like music therapy, art therapy, and somatic work. By blending these modalities, I help clients connect with their values, process past experiences, and move toward more meaningful and embodied ways of living.
