Whether you're seeking weekly therapy or a focused, 1–5 day intensive in Southern California, I offer a space where we can slow down, listen to your body, and begin gently untangling the patterns that have kept you in survival mode. You may feel disconnected, exhausted from over-functioning, or unsure how to ask for what you need without guilt. Together, we’ll explore the roots of these patterns and begin reconnecting with parts of you that have long been overlooked, exiled, or overburdened.

I work with people who carry complex trauma, relational pain, and the residue of never feeling quite safe to fully be themselves, often felt as extreme mood shifts, chronic pain or GI issues.

In our work together, we’ll care for all of you—your Inner Child, your Protectors, and the wise Core Self within—using approaches grounded in EMDR, Parts Work, Attachment Theory, and Somatic Therapy. I’m certified in EMDR and trained in DARe (a somatic model for healing attachment wounds), and regularly teach clients how to track their nervous systems with tools like Polyvagal Theory and the Window of Tolerance. These practices help you learn to recognize what’s happening inside, trust your body’s cues, and respond with care.

Each session or intensive is designed to meet you where you are. Whether we’re resourcing and building capacity, or gently tending to long-held pain, my role is to walk alongside you as your system softens, steadies, and reclaims space for joy, clarity, and deep connection.
