Hello!!

I'm an online Christian therapist and Registered Yoga Teacher in Illinois specializing in somatic and relational therapies (primarily AEDP and EFT) for individuals and couples who feel stuck beneath the surface and are ready for deep, lasting change.

I primarily see individuals for complex trauma, anxiety and depression. My work with couples is for marital communication and sexual intimacy. I also specialize in therapy for pastors and ministry leaders- offering guidance, support, and care to the people who are always pouring out to others.

Therapy with me is a place where emotional growth and spiritual formation naturally intersect—where you experience God's grace not only in what you believe, but in how you relate to yourself, the people you love, and the life you've been given. Somatic and experiential modalities have transformed my own life and I've seen how the integration of these practices with yoga has been a beautiful pairing to finding safety, security, presence, and freedom in the body.

When I'm not in my office, I'm homeschooling my three precious kids ages 6, 4, and 8 months. I teach yoga classes in-person and online and buy books faster than I can read them :)
