If you've done years of insight-oriented work and can feel there's a layer beneath it the talking never quite reaches, that's where my work begins. I support people navigating trauma, anxiety, chronic pain, life transitions, and the integration of profound experiences — including psychedelic journeys and vivid dream material.

I work virtually with clients across the U.S. and internationally, with in-person sessions in Crested Butte, Colorado. Many of my deepest, longest client relationships have unfolded entirely over Zoom.

My practice weaves Somatic Experiencing with CranioSacral Therapy, Implicit Dreamwork (a somatic dreamwork method developed by Dr. Abi Blakeslee), and psychedelic preparation & integration — I'm certified through Psychedelics Today's Vital program and the Zendo Project. I draw on attachment theory, IFS, polyvagal theory, interpersonal neurobiology and Five Element Theory, and my sessions are dialogic and co-creative: we follow your body's intelligence and active imagination toward the root of the pattern, not just its symptoms.

I came to this work after a near-death experience and traumatic brain injury reorganized my life. The modalities I now practice are the ones that produced breakthroughs for me when years of other therapies couldn't — and more than a decade of training later, offering them is the most meaningful work I know.
