Working directly with the body can open profound physical, mental, and spiritual connection and health, especially if you experience chronic pain or confusing somatic symptoms. I work with people to connect with their experience and soul energy through bodywork therapy. Whether sitting together in a somatic inquiry or supporting a myofascial release on the massage table, my intention is to attune and attend to you as a whole.

I’m a licensed bodywork therapist and somatic coach working in Durham, NC (and virtually by request). I offer body-based therapy that honors the healing wisdom you have inside, supporting your connection with what is present in you and in the world. I have over a decade of practice and a lifelong curiosity about how we live.

I’m here to meet you where you are and allow you to feel what is and what might want to happen next. My practice is trauma-sensitive, resilience informed, BIPOC centered, and LGBTQ+ affirming. I work in-person in Durham, NC and can meet with you virtually by request.
