Alex Papaconstantinou

Grounded in multidisciplinary trauma trainings, Alex is a Somatic Educator and Bodyworker who offers psychobiological nervous system education and Somatic Touch Work. She is committed to ensuring her clients develop an understanding about their bodies and wellness experientially, and is passionate about supporting them in resolving chronic and pervasive experiences of unwanted symptoms. She works online internationally.

Alex specializes in complex symptom presentation that is treatment resistant - there are a variety of presenting challenges that she provides services for, including:
