About Me
I left a tenure-track professorship, a high-demand religion, and a 25-year institutional career to build something rooted in what I actually know to be true — in my body, in the land, and in the gap between what systems promise and what they cost the humans inside them.
I work with individuals at thresholds and with organizational leaders ready to build cultures where people can be fully human. What people find here isn’t just insight — it’s aliveness, reclamation, and the expansion and joy that arrives when you stop living disconnected from yourself and start moving from your own deepest knowing.
My approach is ecosomatic — the body and the natural world are both sources of intelligence. Sessions draw on somatic awareness, breathwork, cognitive practices, and nature-based inquiry. You are always in the lead.
