I am a Clinical Psychologist, Scientist and a Somatic Therapy Practitioner. My main focus is people who care for others: family caregivers, healthcare professionals, and those whose lives revolve around someone with a chronic or rare condition. Caring for someone else can quietly cost you your own health, and many arrive carrying more than they can name: exhaustion, guilt, resentment, and the sense that whatever they do is never enough.

That said, you don't need to be a caregiver to work with me. If you are living under sustained stress, feel disconnected from your body, or simply want to take your own wellbeing seriously, this space is for you too.

My approach combines clinical psychology with body-based work. Sustained emotional load is not only a psychological burden; it is registered in the nervous system, and lasting change usually requires working at both levels. Sessions integrate evidence-based psychotherapy with somatic tools drawn from my training at The Embody Lab, and with biological decoding for clients who want to explore the relationship between life events, emotions, and the body. Everything moves at a pace that respects your capacity and does not add one more demand to your day.

What you can expect from me is clinical rigor without coldness, and warmth without empty promises. I am the founder of CurandaGT, a Guatemala-based mental health platform for caregivers that also produces psychoeducational content and workshops.
