Spira provides one-to-one services and leads adult classes in yoga, movement, meditation, sound healing, and mindfulness-based Art as tools for healing, personal transformation, and spiritual practice. She holds a Master's in Teaching and taught in MA public schools for 17 years before transitioning into the healing arts to work with fellow survivors. She's the founder of The Embody School in Cambridge, MA and is a proud mama to rescued greyhounds.
