I help clients uncover the hidden needs, desires, and emotional wounds that cause them suffering in their relationships and life so they can experience their relationships, life, passions, and even challenges through the lens of beauty, truth, and goodness.

We'll turn to the support of Ideal Parent Figures, with openness to other helpful spirits of ancestors, animal guides, plant medecines and nature to restore an embodied sense of deep belonging. We’ll even invite your most hidden, shadowy parts with reverence.

Drawing on IPF, Internal Family Systems, somatic work, animism and indigenous shamanic insights, we'll cultivate an internal working model of secure attachment, reintegrate exiled parts of yourself, and help you experience life as your best and strongest self. I can also serve as a psychedelic integration guide if that is a part of your journey.

We have space for grounded realism and magical mysticism to work together, working with the both the emotional wounds in your body and connecting to the freedom of your higher spirit.
