Hello, I am Krystina. I offer body-oriented sessions for those seeking trauma resolution, nervous system regulation, grief support, and individuals wanting a deeper connection with self and others.

With over 10 years working intimately with the body, I offer deep attunement and compassion towards my clients. Coming from a background in manual therapy, movement arts, and meditation I have a unique way of working with the body and trauma that is not only intuitive but rooted in physiology.
