I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California, specializing in anxiety, panic, trauma, PTSD, and relational or emotional challenges. I help individuals reconnect with their bodies and nervous systems to release stress, process past experiences, and regain a sense of safety and balance.

Using a somatic psychotherapy approach, we explore how emotions, thoughts, and bodily sensations are interconnected. By tuning into the body’s signals and nervous system responses, we work together to develop tools that calm anxiety, regulate overwhelming emotions, and restore resilience.
