About Me

If you’ve ever cried at a fictional character’s arc more than you expected to — or found yourself rewatching a comfort show to feel something you couldn’t name, you’re in the right place. The stories we attach to aren’t just entertainment. The media we love reflects something real about our inner world: our grief, our longing, our unprocessed fears, our deepest hopes. Whether you want to unpack your attachment to a character, process loss through the lens of WandaVision, or explore what it means that you’ve watched The Bear three times and can’t stop thinking about it, that’s a legitimate place to start.

I specialize in trauma and sex therapy, blending somatic and parts-based approaches with certified Ketamine Assisted Therapy. Whether you’re navigating a complex trauma history, identity questions, grief, or disconnection from your body, I offer integrative care that meets you where you are. I’m neurodivergent-affirming and we go at your pace.

You’ve probably been the person who holds it together, analyzes everything, and still feels like something’s missing. You may have experienced a lot you haven’t named. That’s exactly who I work with. If something here felt like it was written for you, reach out when you’re ready. No pressure, no script. We start where you are.
