About Me
I love helping people reclaim trusting their voice, intuition, and goodness. When people are seen with deep compassion and understanding for what has shaped them, the isolation of pain diminishes, and it is possible to connect with the wholeness that has always been present. I specialize in working with people who are seeking freedom from the impacts of grief, trauma, depression and anxiety. The concerns may arise from the result of chronic illness, challenging family dynamics, adoption, stressful life transitions, navigating neurodiversity, or marginalization due to systemic concerns. I’m a good fit for anyone who is curious about finding freedom from the protective patterns that have outlived their usefulness. I enjoy being of help to naturopaths, therapists, and others within the helping professions.
Within my counseling practice, I currently utilize a trauma-informed approach and have additional training in Lifespan Integration and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I integrate this knowledge with somatic techniques that I developed through my 20-year Craniosacral Therapy practice. Before working as a Craniosacral therapist, I was an elementary school teacher and provided educational therapy to high school students with dyslexia.
