Christina is a trauma-informed, somatic, and integrative psychotherapist dedicated to unlocking clients' innate healing potential. She supports the release of trauma and stress held in the body through embodiment, movement, and body-centered approaches, emphasizing the interconnectedness of mind, body, heart, spirit, and soul.
As a registered psychotherapist, certified integrative mental health practitioner, hypnotherapist, and kinesiologist, Christina expertly combines her roles as a clinical exercise physiologist, personal trainer, yoga instructor, and breathwork facilitator. Her experience in dance/movement and somatic movement therapy offers a holistic approach to healing.
Currently training in IFS and Somatic Experiencing, Christina believes true transformation arises from a deep body connection. She employs diverse somatic, spiritual and other holistic modalities to support healing journeys, including art, music, prayer, meditation, coherence, storytelling, energy psychology, heart-centered guidance, hypnotherapy, imagery and psychosensory techniques like EMDR and Havening.
