Benjamin Berry

I am a practicing Buddhist who has been guiding somatic awareness and internal exploration for the past 6 years. These sessions explore deeper nervous system patterns that are uncovered using sensations in the body as a pathway into the subconscious. There we will hold presence with what arises and explore what needs to be expressed to better understand who we are and how to bring our internal systems into harmony. I also work as a Registered Nurse and previously ran a small organic farm. I would love to have a quick chat with you before any paid session to make sure we are a good fit.
