I work with adults with ADHD in high-demand professional roles, and I bring somatic nervous system work into that coaching, which isn't common.

The work builds capacity underneath the strategies. Executive function tools, behavioral structure, and body-based regulation, worked together rather than in isolation. When pressure spikes, you don't just have a plan. You have something to stand on.

Clients I work with are typically self-aware professionals who understand their patterns and still find a gap between what they intend and what actually happens. They've tried the strategies. They're looking for something that goes deeper.
