About Me
My name is Lisa Cary and I am a licensed Somatic Integration Practitioner, Transformational Coach and Movement Educator.
I specialize in nervous system regulation and post-trauma growth and development.
Somatic Integrative coaching is both body, mind and spirit centered.
With 30 years experience in the mind / body field I am passionate about our innate capacity for healing into Wholeness using the
gift of neuroplasticity to cultivate resilience and embodied wellbeing. We really DO have all the tools we need within us!
I have supported hundreds of clients over the years to re-pattern physical, emotional, and psychological blocks and move past longstanding limitations.
I love educating my clients on how their autonomic nervous system can work FOR them rather than against them by working with the innate wisdom of their biology.
After Somatics healed my own 7 year struggle with chronic pain I have devoted my life to sharing with others what I have learned.
