I am a synesthete, deep listener, ancestral whisperer, and late-identified neurodivergent. My work is grounded in body-tending self-care and a somatic approach that recognizes how trauma affects both the body and nervous system. My trauma history healing path informs my approach, which is safety being first and foremost, and with compassion and understanding at the helm. We may be "different" but we do not need to be fixed.
My core values also aim to transform lives through inspired personal growth and healing, through meaningful engagement, dignity, connection, and quality of life.
I draw from early developmental trauma-informed healing and Pre- and Perinatal Psychology, Polyvagal Theory, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Attachment Theory, Somatic Inquiry, Internal Family Systems, & Ancestral Somatic Therapy. My nutrition scope draws from holistic and naturopathic east-west approaches as well as functional nutrition and physiology.
My foundations also expand from Mindfulness Meditation, Hakomi Therapy, Ritual & Ceremony, Healing Touch, Dreamwork, Somatic Experiencing-informed work, and expressive soul-work somatic arts - movement, painting, writing.
I see myself as a listener, emotional comrade, a "midwife to the heart and soul", for neurodivergents, sensitives, and empaths. Through the sharing of my own survivorship and healing experiences, I wish to inspire reassurance and strength along the path, where difficulties and challenge arise.
Emotional sovereignty, belonging and fitting in, acceptance, celebrating one's diverse and unique ways of living, chronic mystery illness, anxiety, self-regulation, the setting and completing of goals and dreams, are some of the ways we can work together. It is a privilege to witness your power through the wisdom of your body, guts, and heart.
