I help clients connect with who they are on a deep level, along with tuning into their highest potential and true Self. Together we move stuck energy, through, movement, touch and attunement. Learning tools and practices that allow more calm and connection within their body. I am trained in Somatic IFS, Internal Family Systems for individuals with eating disorders, anxiety, addiction, neuroscience, and releasing beliefs and burdens carried in the mindbody from the past. I have specialized in family dynamics for 30 years and am also trained in IFS for Relationships - Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO). I host creativity, body connection, workshops and love hosting authenticity groups, mastermind groups, and healing circles.
