I help people release emotional blockages, process trauma, and return to alignment — bridging ancient wisdom with modern science. My approach considers every layer of a person: nervous system, subconscious, body, and spirit.

My path began in 2007 through shadow work, then Reiki in 2009, and deepened over 17 years across somatic therapy, bioenergetics, naturopathy, and mind-body bioenergetics. A profound somatic release during yoga training in Cusco, Peru in 2018 changed the course of my work — somatic healing became my calling. I've since trained in craniosacral therapy, myofascial cupping, Thai reflexology, hypnosis, NLP, and herbalism, and hold a BA in Religious Studies & Philosophy focused on mysticism and Eastern traditions.

I specialize in supporting highly sensitive and neurodivergent women, and members of the LGBTQ+ community, offering practical tools for nervous system regulation, subconscious reprogramming, and lasting transformation. I also founded Inner Alchemy Academy, an online space for embodied healing and energy work certifications.
