I am a Complex trauma survivor with ASD and ADHD. I have been a therapist since 1993, and I specialize in complex / development trauma and neuro divergence.

Since qualifying fully in 1995, I have cross trained in multiple systems, therapies and in more recent years I have completed several post graduate trauma specialisation certifications. These are all based on the 3 stage or Heller / NARM model, and incorporate stabilisation, deeper processing and post trauma growth. Somatic and mindfulness mind-body work is integral to all that I do, I was a Martial Arts practitioner (including Chi Gung) before studying psychotherapy & hypnotherapy. I mainly work with ACE & domestic trauma survivors, but I am an ex Army reservist with family members who have suffered military PTSD, with which I have also worked with over the years.
