About Me
I’m a systemic therapist (DGSF), a former primary school teacher, and a mother of two –
a person with openness, humor, and a genuine curiosity about people and their stories.
Like many others, my life has been shaped by family connections, dynamics, and experiences that have left their mark.
Two of my closest family members live with ADHD – and for a long time, my own nervous system was caught in a state of constant tension. I often didn’t understand why I felt so activated or why certain situations, emotions, or body reactions felt overwhelming. For years, I tried to control or hide it – until I began searching for new ways to understand and support myself.
My path led me from the classroom into the world of systemic work.
I trained first as a systemic counselor and later as a systemic therapist (DGSF),
discovered ADHD coaching for adults, and eventually found my way to Somatic EMDR –
a method that helped me understand and integrate the deeper layers of my own story.
Today, I support people who are seeking – inner calm, new ways of relating to old patterns,
and a deeper understanding of their own reactions.
From personal experience, I know what it feels like when the nervous system goes into alarm mode –
and how precious it can be to find your way back to yourself, one gentle and safe step at a time.
In my work, I combine professional expertise with a warm, attuned presence.
It’s important to me to create a space where everything is welcome:
the doubts, the anger, the laughter, the tears – and the hope.
I look forward to meeting you and walking a part of your path together.
