Genesis Morales(she/her/ella)

Hi, I am Genesis Morales, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). As a therapist, I understand that struggles with depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief can feel overwhelming, leaving clients disconnected from themselves and their bodies. My approach focuses on healing through somatic, body-centered approaches which encourage a deeper connection to the body’s wisdom. I believe that by tuning into the physical sensations and emotions stored in the body, we can uncover the root causes of distress and begin to release what no longer serves us.

By integrating body awareness, I support clients in processing emotions more fully, cultivating radical self-acceptance, and finding peace in both the mind and body. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered to navigate your healing journey with greater ease and self-compassion.

I want you to know that you don’t have to navigate this journey alone.
